Martini

6 cl København Klassisk Gin
5 cl Dry Vermouth
Garnish with lemon zest

Stir in a mixerglass with cubed ice for 12-15 seconds. Pour into a martini style glass and garnish with lemon zest.

G&T

5 cl København Klassisk Gin
10-15 cl Indian tonic
Garnish with orange zest

Build the cocktail in your glass and garnish with orange zest.

Strawberry Gin Spritz

3 cl København Klassisk Gin
3 cl Aperol
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
3-4 strawberries
Club soda

Add gin, aperol, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker and shake with lots of ice. Fill up a balloon glass with ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Top off with club soda and add a few sliced strawberries, give it a good stirr and garnish with fresh mint!
